What owners ask before they sign

Will my customers know they're talking to AI?

Yes. The receptionist introduces itself as a virtual assistant and says so plainly if asked. In our experience callers care far more about getting a real answer at 11pm than about who gives it.

Are calls recorded? Is that legal in Pennsylvania?

Pennsylvania requires every party to consent to a recorded call, so the greeting tells callers the call is recorded before anything else is said. We set this up on every line we build.

Does it work with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or my calendar?

We connect to Google and Outlook calendars and most scheduling tools directly. Where a system doesn't allow outside connections, the AI books a hold and texts your office to confirm, so nothing gets double-booked.

What if it gives a wrong answer?

It only quotes the fees and policies you approve, and it says a team member will follow up on anything else. You get a transcript of every call, and we review and tune it weekly for the first month.

What contract terms do you offer?
